Dr. Liz is an Alumni of Life Chiropractic College West where she graduated Cum Laude in 2007. She's been in practice since then devoting her time and expertise to helping her patients achieve their best health. While she has a degree in chiropractic, her patient care has consistently encompassed whole body wellness, which included chiropractic care, as well as, educating her patients and community on topics such as nutrition, exercise, ergonomics, and healthy mindset, and detoxification of the home or body.
Dr. Liz started seeing patients exclusively for weight loss and health goals in 2015 and this quickly grew into a full-time business that was later rebranded into “Back 2 Real Food.” She has helped thousands of people transform their health and feel great in their skin. She teaches more than just weight loss with her clients, “for weight loss to be sustainable you have to have a healthy balance and mindfulness with your food, it doesn’t have to be hard, but it does have to be intentional.” She finds that helping people build habits around their health is more sustainable than trying to stay constantly motivated, habits like brushing your teeth are easy to do daily because it’s a “habit” versus a diet that you fall off of when life gets rough.
